I don't often post photos of myself in this space but every now and then I like to put a face with the name and make it a little more personable. I hope that's okay with you all. And in doing so, here's a little vulnerability. Over the fall and into winter I noticed a cyst-like bump in the corner of my eye. It thankfully wasn't cancerous but it was a stressor to say the least and it continued to worsen in a way that did hinder my vision. I underwent acupuncture and a special form of moxibustion treatment to see if I could avoid surgery. And I'm happy to say that now that little cyst is completely gone.
