She is a black jaguar, which means she is not a different species, merely a melanistic color variant of the usual jaguar coat. Melanism is the result of a dominant allele and remains relatively rare in jaguars.
Fun fact - black panthers (as leopards can also be melanistic) still have their rosettes, they're just harder to see but when their coat catches the sunlight, they're clearly visible.
