I want to talk about something that I discuss a lot with my clients - and that is, self worth. ☝️This isn't necessarily JUST talking about relationships between partners. This is about relationships in general - with your family, your friends in school, your boss ...EVERYONE. ?In life, we set certain expectations of people. We want people to be kind✔️, we want our friends to be supportive ✔️ etc etc... when someone doesn't meet those standards - when someone is horrible to us, we remove these people from our lives?...and that's OKAY to do, we all do it. It's a part of having self respect?. BUT during that time when you are removing people from your life, don't ever EVER let anyone make you think YOU are not worth anything. Don't ever let someone make YOU feel bad about yourself as a person.
Don't ever let anyone make you THINK you aren't GOOD ENOUGH for this world.
Ladies, if someone is horrible to you, that's on THEM. That has NOTHING to do with you. ?

Young girls, just because someone doesn't like you because you don't meet their high expectations - that's not about you. Don't EVER feel bad for being YOU. You are not required to change for anyone.
