Years ago when I was on my weight loss journey I thought that skipping 3 days of working out would result in 20lbs of weight gain and now 20 years later here's what I realize. If you stay consistent with your fitness and nutrition 3 days off means 3 days of progress and muscle development. Don't beat yourself up for rest days.
