Met this little punkin named Grace today at the #oceanside @surfwsa competition. Her and her mom just happened to be at the beach when we were having our #adaptivesurfing competition and they were blown away by the options for being active for people w disabilities since Grace was diagnosed with Fredriechs ataxia (a degeneration of nervous tissue in the spinal cord) recently. Her mom was emotional meeting all of us with disabilities that can surf and play sports. It reminded me that what we are doing is so important for the next generation. #goforthandinspire @hunterpsurfer you are changing lives that you don't even know about! #surfing #soulfood
