Tight housing markets, mega-sized maintenance bills and the whims of the wealthy lead to more sellers setting up rent-back agreements, including Daren Metropoulos, the 33-year-old co-owner of Hostess Brands, who bought the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles for $100 million in June.
