Slowing down the pace with a little dip pen practice to some quotes that are resounding these days. Balance and harmony are two important components to my heart and lately I've noticed a priority in this aspect with privacy, schedules and words. Sometimes penning a quote or journaling out my own thoughts are a great release in the steadiness of movement while at the same time being reminded of what matters. A kinetic perspective of sorts. For me that means it is okay to protect my time, to not answer every question that is directed my way and to be able to say no when my heart says no. And it also means being able to stop everything to simply watch the clouds drift above, to revel in the wisdom of discretion and to say yes to the things that make the heart come to life.
