Balancing on one leg, the lithe street dancer grazed side mirrors with the tip of a white sneaker while dancer friends — members of the Brooklyn collective the Bullies — helped reroute traffic. #StoryboardP glided on his toes like a ballet dancer and rippled his arms in spooky slow-motion.
