This valley taught me how to climb, it taught me the importance of a light pack on a steep trail. It taught me how to photograph the nights sky & the worth of a good hiking shoe. It has even taught me the value of waking up at 4am to catch the sunrise... and on this trip I learned more than I ever could have expected about the suffering & pure joy that comes from Winter camping. .
