In the midst of everything happening in my personal life, I cannot close my eyes to the refugee crisis taking place around the world. Luckily, @109world continues to do life-changing work across the globe❤ One of the countries greatly affected by this crisis (there are so very many) is Greece. More than 60.000 refugees are currently stuck in Greece with no way of moving forward. They have escaped war, famine, terror and misery in their countries and can’t continue further into Europe because the borders are closed. Many are children and orphans.
Today, @109world is announcing the next mission trip: Greece, June 9-14.
It is time we come together, from every corner of the world, to show our support for our global brothers and sisters that are trapped in unimaginably horrible and unfair situations; to let them know we care and will help wherever and however we can be of service. We are living in a time when it is particularly important to show unbreakable solidarity, understanding, and compassion toward each other.
