✨?Self-care is so, so important! One of the ways I care for myself is with my #mirrorchallenge. I look in the mirror and list 5 non-physical things I love about myself and 5 things I love about my body. Every BODY is beautiful because it's our home and is so much more than just an object it allows us to live life and achieve / do so much. Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves how beautiful we are because we are so much more than just the physical and that we are good enough just being our real selves. We are all a gift to this world.
