?? it's #NEDAwareness week and I wanted to share with you all some #RecoveryHeroes stories that have inspired me. It's not easy to talk about your Eating Disorder and I appreciate everyone's strength and the incredible communities that have been formed around those empowering, encouraging and loving each other without judgement or stigmatisation... "Spending #NEDAwareness Week with one of the most amazing #RecoveryHeroes that I could ask for. Brandon didn't know me while I was suffering from my eating disorder but he has been here everyday throughout my recovery. He motivates me to be a better person and he reminds me not to take life so serious.

During my struggle with anorexia, I didn't want to meet anyone. I was broken. I pushed my friends and family away. All I was concerned with was the way I looked. I spent hours in the gym and obsessively tracking calories. When I'm with Brandon, I know that none of that should have ever mattered in the first place.

After meeting him, he has continued to add joy and fulfillment into my life. He's loved me no matter how my body has looked. It was the size of my heart that mattered most. He's my hero.
