Starting with our West Village Chocolate Caramel Cake, then 48 Hour Tea-ramisu with honey black tea and mascarpone, Crème Fraîche Cheesecake with Black Truffle Honey (served in its own little cheese crate!), Hidden Apple Tatin with choux "lace," Peanut Butter Banana Bonbon, Blackberry Blood Orange Tart, and lastly our Chestnut Chocolate Cherry Pavlova with candied chestnuts from France.
