Never have I felt it so important for self care :: the kind of self care that is so deep and is anchored in every bit of myself and in the way I move and the way I am :: the kind of self love that recognizes when you need to gaze more sweetly on yourself :: for me self care is beyond beauty treatments it is a way of life :: I'm new on this journey as a woman who has gunned it through most of my life :: exploring this /asking these questions: how can I nourish ?how can I soften ? how can I do what I need to do from a place of nourishment? makes me chose differently instead of rushing through :: #annapurnalivinginnercircle
