Chicken Breast & biscuits

INGREDIENTS

?1 lb ground chicken
?1 egg
?1/4 cup - diced cabbage
?1/4 cup - bread crumb
?1/4 cup - parsley
?2 tbsp - minced garlic
?1 tbsp - Flavorgod lemon garlic
?1 tsp - Flavorgod Himalayan salt&pepper
?1 tbsp - mustard
?Grated - parmesan cheese
?6, 1-inch - cubes cheddar cheese
?6-8 biscuits

DIRECTIONS:
?set oven to 350
?In a large bowl combine the chicken, cabbage, parsley, garlic, Flavorgod lemon garlic and Himalayan sea salt and egg. Mix well. Make into patties
?add olive oil to a cast iron skillet and cook both sides of patties til cooked all the way through
?take a slice of cheese and add to bottom of each biscuit, add cooked chicken patty on top and cover with the biscuit
?bake in oven for 18 min
?when done, dust the top of each biscuit with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and Parsley.
