The 69th floor at 4 @WTC in Lower Manhattan has been hit by street artists. The walls, and in one section the floor, pop with colors and shapes usually found at street level. But the artists were invited by a creative consultant working for Larry Silverstein, the developer of the 72-story building. For some, the 69th floor was a departure from previous work spaces. It was quiet, and they had as much time as they wanted. It was also legal. And while #streetart is often temporary, this time it may be different: When the building is ready, @spotify will occupy space, including the 69th floor.
