Core Training With @mikeleept ?? Today I headed to @perpetuafitness for a gymnastics session with my coach @mikeleept. We worked on my handstands and headstands, and also did some seriously tough core training! ? Here is one of the exercises I tried. I basically took myself in and out of a controlled headstand using my core. The first rep is in real time so you can see how slowly and deliberating I did this (then the rest are sped up). We also repeated this with straight legs, which was CRAZY tough! ? My handstands are also coming in super fast so I will get a video for you in our next session! I am absolutely loving my sessions with Mike! He teaches me so much about my body and I am already starting to train more efficiently as a result ???
