Just returned home from my first bootcamp tour with @fernwoodfitness to celebrate the launch of their 12 Week Challenge #Fernwood12WC Starts Monday (Feb 20th)! ? Big thank you to @newbalanceaustralia for making me feel the part in your awesome workout gear ?I'm so grateful to have been given the opportunity to work alongside the Fernwood team and to meet all of the incredible women who attended the events. I hope everyone enjoyed the @fernwoodfitness experience from the intense workout to the nutritious and beautifully prepared breakfast and meditative mindfulness activity. It was a humbling and exhilarating way to launch my move into group fitness as a qualified trainer ?? I've never felt so passionate about what I do. Thank you to all who helped me realise my dream ❤
