My mac book pro screen has been messed up since last year. I could not get an appointment with apple care and even visited last December and waited in line for over an hour just to be told that they were short staffed with the specialists and that I had to wait for another couple hours, and could not guarantee that they could get to me. Well, I understood that perhaps Christmas week was not the best of time, so I took a rain check. However, I have not been free and could not get an appointment till today. I hope they will still honor my apple care even though it sort of expired. Wish me luck! Here I go... genius specialist is here! #applerepairnow
