? Brilliant to see our @jamiesfifteen graduates Sean and Will working at the new @barbecoa in Piccadilly. I caught up with them on Sunday and they are loving the new chapter. Being a chef is such a rewarding career and it is frustrating that hospitality apprenticeships do not feature in the top 10 apprenticeships that young people choose. I am working on some exciting projects at the moment to do something about this, it's a challenge but a good challenge indeed!
