I opened my diary yesterday and read back on the second half of 2016. I felt like I was tuning in to the seeds of change I'm now experiencing. It's been easy for me to forget that when we are deeply impacted by people and experiences that the waves and ripples can be felt for months if not years. Retrace, reconnect, realise. Im not sure if this was something I read, thought or was told but I wanted to share a sentiment that seems fitting for the way change introduces itself to us, in disguise. "Negativity is drawn to you when you refuse to give yourself the time and space needed to assume a new viewpoint." ?
