Today is Valentines Day!? This years resolution is in part to practice self-love. I am leaving you my 5 techniques here that I practice daily in hopes that you too will find the one you love within yourself.
1. Forgive myself - Placing my hand on my heart I will go through and take stock of the day. If there was anything I felt wronged by, was not done right or I criticized myself on I will go though one by one and forgive myself.
2. Meditation - I especially like to practice loving kindness mediation
3. Feed to feel wholesome - I have cut out red meat and eat mainly vegetables, fish, and whole grains. Never fast food.
4. Exercise for myself - not for others or for a good body. Blah. From keeping myself strong and healthy I am able to help my students be stronger too.
5. Speak to myself as I would have others speak to me - and I mean actually speaking to my soul. I connect my mind, body, and spirit so they comprehend and love each other too. I am learning about myself everyday.
