I met Simba all grown up! Seriously folks, these majestic #lions were rescued and brought to #Botlierskop now roaming wild and free. We approached as carefully as we could with minders around as they had no drowsy drugs, were completely alert and aware that we were a few meters behind them. I was scared shitless as I had seen maimed carcasses of antelope just before. I don't think I will ever #walkwiththelions again in my lifetime, but I do hope that you would be able to witness such creatures inside their natural habitat. So humbling to remember that we're not the biggest baddest creatures to walk this earth and that there is enough space for us all to live with respect #livconciously #auntylivlo
