My Buffalo Chicken Lasagna with a Dollop of Spinach Pesto

Ingredients:
▪️2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
▪️2 1/2 tbsp - #Flavorgod buffalo seasoning
▪️1/2 teaspoon #flavorgod pink salt&pepper
▪️1/4 cup chopped parsley
▪️1/4 cup - butter
▪️8 ounces ricotta cheese

▪️1 whole orange bell pepper
▪️1.5 cups - spinach raw
▪️8 ounces shredded cheddar jack cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan

Directions:
▪️ In a large bowl blend cooked chicken, ricotta, butter, parsley, #flavorgod, mix till all combined.
▪️Next in an 8x8 baking pan layer chicken mix with all above ingredients.
▪️Cover and Bake for 30 minutes at 400* Fahrenheit then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
