Tuesday: Green Shakshuka ??? like a creature from the deep, two soft eggs cooked in a delicious mix of spices, celery, spinach, peas, mint, chives and dill. A wonderful change to the traditional tomato based version. You can easily prep your veg in advance for the weekend or guests and add a spoon of creme fraiche or yoghurt for a creamy finish (and the recipe is in my book too ?)
