Monday: Huevos a la Flamenca ??? A dish from Andalusian region of Spain ?? sometimes referred to as the Spanish shakshuka, made with peppers, pimenton, chorizo and eggs. I also found recipes with peas but opted to leave them out this time! With toast that's been cooked in the chorizo oil too ?

Obviously I'm thinking about our upcoming move to Shanghai a lot and what we'll be cooking. Will I still be able to get chorizo? What about cheese?! What about fresh herbs like dill, chives and parsley? Have you moved to the other side of the world? What do you miss and what are you surprised is the same? ???#symmetrybreakfast
