As Carrie Fisher, who famously played Princess Leia, once said, "Take your broken heart, and turn it into art." Let's take her words one step further, and turn it into action. We marched millions strong this weekend to stand up for women's equality, which doesn't just stop at the gender pay gap. Women's equality means LGBTQ rights, the significance of Black Lives, guaranteed access to reproductive health care, representation in the government, the protection of indigenous people and their lands, the importance of immigration, and the freedom of religion, particularly for our Muslim brothers and sisters. This weekend showed us that, like Leia, we must be both the princess and the soldier. The weekend is over, sure...but tomorrow, we continue marching in spirit. ✊?: @diane_russo
