Yesterday surrounded by protesters in Washington D.C. !! Thank u @refinery29 for giving me the opportunity to go to the biggest protest in US history! I feel like feminism made huge steps. I met so many inspiring beautiful strangers, gay rainbow performers against gun control, DAPL marchers! Marchers for black lives matter! Muslim lives matter! Science is real marchers. There were people marching in Nairobi in the JUNGLE! And in Antarctica!!!This march started as an idea and has taken on so many important meanings, it created a safe and loud and empowering space for millions of people who want to change the world and empower oppressed people across the entire globe. This was not a moment this is a movement ? #womensmarch #intersectionalfeminism #whyimarch
