My Grilled Steak with Buffalo Bleu Cheese Butter

Here's an easy way to enjoy my new Buffalo seasoning. Simply add it to a compound butter for your steak dinner??

1. Heat your skillet on high heat until very hot. Mine is from @finexcookware.
2. In a small bowl, add butter, Bleu cheese, Himalayan Pink Salt and Pepper, and Buffalo seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
3. Brush canola oil onto skillet and onto both sides of the steak. Season steak with my Himalayan Pink Salt and Pepper.
4. Grill steak for 3-4 min on each side for medium rare.
5. Apply Buffalo Bleu Cheese Butter on steak as it finishes cooking. **hand torch is optional ??
6. Serve steak with your favorite sides and enjoy ‼
