Back in the day I decided to get my hands on a proper chef knife. I told myself that I really needed just one good all around kitchen knife. Soon after, one knife was inadequate. As my experience in the kitchen accumulated and my need to expand my collection grew, I acquired a new hobby. It's an outlet actually to be quite honest.
