Sunday seems made for thick stacks of pancakes smothered in maple syrup & mugs of black coffee- especially on this chilly winter mornings there is nothing so delightful as standing in front of the warm stove in slippered feet as the aroma of chocolaty coffee seeps through the house - & why I can't wait to get the city cottage kitchen put back together - it has been months now really and having a kitchen in a state between has created greater feelings of disruption and unsettledness than I had anticipated - but each day now there is progress and it's looking more and more like the kitchen in my mind
