Early on they didn’t think he’d go as far in the sport as he has. They didn’t think he’d be a serious Mr. Olympia contender. Trace back and think about that young man. People early in his life encouraged him to bodybuild. Those counselors and teachers saw a prospect who liked to do pushups and were gracious enough to bring him bodybuilding magazines. I believe they were acknowledging the possibility that life didn’t have to turn out the way it looked like it was going to for that young man. I believe they felt if that kid was willing and able to develop his discipline he might be able to garner the tools he’d need to save his own life. They were right. Our own futures are filled with possibilities if your willing to exchange time for hard work. Nothing will comes easy, especially creating your masterpiece. Having the right approach will set you up in a systematic routine that becomes almost addictive. Don't wait until you end up with regrets, live in the present and face your challenges.
