The 3 Brothers. Often overlooked due to the steep walls of El Capitan & majestic solitude of Half Dome. This almost hidden rock formation is one of my favorites. You have to know exactly where to go to see them all line up. I stood on the river alone this night. 1 am. It was really peaceful.

For those considering visiting Yosemite this weekend there is a flood warning that could limit access. Potentially the largest flood since 1997 has the potential to occur with mass amount of snowmelt turning to rushing water Very quickly. Probably an awesome sight to behold.. but also extremely scary considering I would be well under water where this shot was taken.
