For me 2016 has been a year of INTENSE periods of dark/light. Intense periods of stagnation/transformation. I have so much love for it! I cannot express enough the importance of unconditionally loving everything the Universe gives you, both "good" and "bad". I put quotes around "good", "bad", "right", "wrong" because I have learned they aren't always the more appropriate words to use. "Right" and "wrong" are words society uses to make love for ourselves and others conditional. Truthfully "right" and "wrong" are words I immediately associate with religion. But never with spirituality. The Divine knows no right/wrong. As soon as we decide something is "right", "wrong", "good", or "bad" we are judging a situation rather than observing what is. We are being controlled by thoughts. And that's what leads to unhappiness, shame, disappointment and generally negative frequencies. When we learn to observe what is happening in the Now without judging and without reacting we can truly find inner peace. When we are no longer controlled by thoughts but instead we begin to trust in our feelings we are trusting in our intuition. Our intuition is what brings us closer to the seat of the Soul, what connects us with our guides, with the Divine. This, to me, is truly living authentically.
