Many of us choose unhappiness simply by being lazy. Lazy in regards to the food we consume, our lack of meditation, the "medicines" we take, where we choose to spend our time & energy, our home environment, our lack of organization and balance in daily life, the music we listen to, ignoring the importance of gratitude, of thoughts. Many of us choose unhappiness by lacking consciousness in terms of how we are truly living and what is TRULY affecting us. Growing, ascending, learning, self-mastery, happiness, fulfillment.. they're everyday upkeeps. Every single day. Stop being lazy. Stop making excuses.
