I always knew I wanted children, but I didn’t realise I would love it this much – there is genuinely nothing like it in the world. There is no way to prepare you for how much life changes and how much you love them. When you are pregnant, people always tell you their stories, good and bad, and this is mine.
It isn’t telling you what to do or how to do it, just what worked for me and how I have dealt with the rollercoaster of the first year.
