Back on insta after a month off!!
It was a great month of training and many other awesome things including two amazing friends weddings in Nelson and Nelson lakes.
Training last month consisted of temperatures from 5° with rain to hot days getting to about 26°C. Gotta love New Zealand's changeable weather.
Hope everyone had a great November!! Bring on the summer!! (sorry to all my Northern Hemisphere friends).
