I really miss when G was a newborn and I could work out with him starched to me ?‍?I worked out almost all 9 months of my pregnancy so the movement was very soothing to G most times he fell asleep. It's very hard to leave your baby after the first 6 weeks so I encourage all my new moms to workout at home as much as possible. Find what works for you and your baby I know for me G liked being close and hated the swing or car seat so this is what was best for us. I suggest light 30 min workouts try not to push to hard so your not sweating if you do be sure to put a towel between you and your baby so they don't get hot. Take lots of breaks and drink a lot of water. If you decide to put your baby is a carrier like me move slow, no jumping and no upside down movements.
