80% Nutrition and 20% Exercise ?? With this leg injury it's more like 10% exercise lol I'm trying really hard not to lose the muscle I've built and not put on added body fat over the holidays. I have 2 months till I recover completely so I'm relying on my meal plan to keep me here, I got this ??
