So as you can see I don't always wear workout gear ? I love to dress up an go out! Just like last night?

Lately I get a lot of questions of girls asking me what kind of workout I do and what I eat. Well let me tell you one thing ladies.... My body is not made by eating salads and hours of cardio!!? -
Do I look bulky? Am I too muscular? NO❌

Don't be afraid to lift heavy weights. You don't become the hulk after one workout. Building muscle takes a long time and a lot of good food to build up! Especially for women because you do not have enough of testosterone, a male hormone that encourages your muscles to grow. In fact, women have ten to thirty times less of bodybuilding hormones, testosterone than men.
So, conclusion! ?

1. Lift heavy weights for the curves you want!
2. Eat more to gain muscle.
3. Don't give a damn about what people might say?
