Women - 55 lbs.
Men - 75 lbs.

To be eligible to win you must:
1. Submit a video of your complete 1-minute workout on Instagram
2. Have a time clock clearly visible in the background to verify time
3. Tag #nfchallenge and @nfsports_
4. Include your total score in the body of the text

Scoring:
Total score is the total number of snatches in 1 minute PLUS the total number of snatches you had in the first 30 seconds.
