Breakfast this morning. Minestrone in pressure cooker - 10mins kaotim. Served with Shio Pan. My top favorite is the one in Meidiya, DONQ from Takashimaya comes second. Where did you find your best Shio Pan?

Also for lunch it's gonna be tomato risotto. Sounds fancy again but it's just rice added into soup, maybe with some diced chicken and Parmesan.? #lazymomcookinghack #singaporelife #onepotkaotim
