Last minute dinner today: Hakusai&pork shabu millefeuille hot pot. Sounds fancy but actually it's just layers of two items in a pot ?. Cooked with dashi. And then didn't bring tamagoyaki pan to Singapore so ended up having omelette yaki. The sausage looking thing is mentaiko.
