Training: turn your weaknesses into strengths. It's hard to feel like you're really not good at something. In the past, this has led to me tuning more of what I excel at and avoiding what makes me feel acutely vulnerable to failure. But, in order to improve on (dynamic movements for me) I need to focus on this style. Jump, jump, jump around. Working on an article now on this topic.
