The biggest takeaway from our #Troop773 meeting last night was that being heard is the most crucial thing for people. And in order to truly bridge divides, we must to be able to voice our needs/fears/dreams/hopes and also LISTEN to those things from other people. So reach out to someone who voted the way you did, and also to those who voted the way you DIDN'T, and have kind, open, meaningful conversations.
