I'm channeling my fear, anger and frustration into something new. Something that will keep the spirit of #inthecompanyofwomen not just alive and active, but will continue to evolve it and expand the circle of community even further.

I'm hard at work on a new project in the vein of the book that will combine printed elements with online and in-person events. This book tour and book project was the most profound work moment of my life and I want to keep focusing my work and energy on things that create safe spaces for women to talk, connect, collaborate, dream and lead.
I would love your input on what YOU'D like to see in this new project/direction. I don't want to overlap what already exists and is great in this field (there is so much, which is wonderful) but instead look for new areas and problems to cover and address together. I'm opening the door to requests, suggestions and anything else you have to say. I want this project to reflect the voices of many, not just my own.
