In an era fraught with political and social conflicts, the Yangjiang Group has created a mobile utopia. They converted the museum's terrace into a Chinese garden, which visitors can view from tables set up along the windows during weekly tea gatherings. A blood pressure and heart rate measuring station is nearby—the artists are curious about whether viewing the Chinese garden in busy New York City and sitting down, drinking a pot of tea, would actually slow a person down. If there’s a tea gathering happening when you visit the museum, you’re invited to enjoy a cup—hopefully you'll leave a little more relaxed.
