Our #London Banoffee Paella will be making an appearance in NYC for one weekend only, this FRIDAY-SUNDAY until sold out, as we celebrate #DominiqueAnselBakery turning 5. Built upside down in a #paella pan with a layer of caramelized bananas and Dulce de leche cream, the salted butter cookie crumble sits on top so the crust doesn't get soggy, then it's finished with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
