Happy 5th Birthday, #DominiqueAnselBakery! In November of 2011, on a quiet stretch of Spring Street in #Soho, we opened our little bakery with just four employees. I didn't know what would happen the next day, the next week, the next year. Now five years later, hundreds of creations (zoom in here to see a few of them!), meeting thousands of guests, wedding proposals in the Cronut® line, a sister shop in the West Village and now across the world in Tokyo and London, I still remember that very first day tearing down the paper from the windows and welcoming in our first guests. Thank you to everyone who has visited us from all over the world. We have some surprises for you all this weekend - from FRIDAY-SUNDAY, we're bringing our #Onigiri soft serve from @ドミニクアンセルベーカリー and #Banoffee Paella from @DominiqueAnselLondon here to NYC. Plus, we're debuting our Blossoming Hot Chocolate on Friday and serving up birthday cake on Saturday too. Lots to celebrate, so we hope to see you all there! ?? #DABTurns5
