Thank you for joining me on my Facebook live this morning for my daily workout. Today I'm working out from home because I don't have any childcare to get to the gym which is my little retreat from the chaos of life. My 4yr old son Gabriele decided to terrorise me whilst I was cycling which is a daily occurrence as he has ADHD and hereditary mental health issues -not from me- but I try my best to understand, soothe and encourage him to live as ordinary a life as possible. Unlike the celebrities and social influencers you see online bragging about beauty, money, cars and a lavish life I'm against promoting unrealistic body images and unhealthy attitudes towards wealth, that's why I'm open and honest about my life. I want women and men alike to understand we're all human, we all get tired, we all get sick, emotional, feel insecure and unattractive at times and no doubt struggle with money problems and weight. I've passed 4 exams this year whilst raising my two children alone and I try my best to provide for my family. I have no help, no team of people sharing the responsibilities and I haven't slept in years.
